Preview and pickup policy

-We guarantee our customers the right of full inspection upon receipt.

-Please check the size, material, color, and condition of the product while the shipping agent is present.

-If the customer does not want to receive the order for any reason, the customer has the right to refuse delivery and pay only the shipping amount to the representative.

 

Return and exchange policy

-After the shipping agent leaves, no returns are available.

-Exchanges are only available after receipt, subject to the following conditions:

-Customer is responsible for all new shipping charges.

-The product must be unused, in its original condition, in its original packaging.
